B12 confusion: If I get the shots do I still need the oral supplements?
I currently get a shot once a month and figure that would be going to 2x a months my doctor plans to test me a couple weeks after surgery. If I am getting the shots do I still need to take the oral supplements?
I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
