Things are moving along...
Got my Opti on Wednesday;
Got a call for my pre-op appointment on Dec. 20th.
Now I have to try and not eat myself to death before Dec. 25 when I start my Opti.... seriously, I was so good and now that it is starting to feel real I am finding it hard to control.

This moving along is a good thing, isn't it!
I had an endoscopy this past Tuesday, start Optifast on Nov 27, pre-op on Dec. 7th, and surgery booked for Dec. 18th.
I know what you mean about the looming Optifast date - I am having food driven days as the 27th approaches.
The good part of the Opti - other than that it will make surgery safer and easier - is that I will not have to think about food preparation again for a month+! YAY. I love the no-brainer part- it will be a holiday!
I have my eye on you - keep us informed!
