Have a consult with Dr Nan on Nov 28 for Panni Removal....has anyone been denied??

It takes a long time to hear back. Do not get discouraged. I went for my consult in May and heard back in September but after that it is quick. Just had my 1 week follow up with him. He is super supportive and I am more than pleased with his work.

Just curious, how long did it take to get your appt with Dr. Nan? I mean from the time the request for consult to the actual appt date? My referral will go in in January, and just wondering ballpark when I can expext to see him.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I went to see Dr Nan about 6 months ago and he thought the approval would go thru. It came back rejected. I have lost 120 lbs but they said I didn't meet the requirements. I was told by his office it wasn't worth appealing.
