I go to a Doc in Toronto for the Optifast 900 program, medically supervised.  It's $120 a week, but you save that in food and no dining out.  I've lost 56 lbs just since late Sept. on it.  He told me that he presently has 30 WLS patients on the program who started to gain a lot of weight 2 years after the surgery, so I guess it's a lifelong battle whether or not you have the surgery.

Chocolate is better than vanilla tastewise IMO.  Vanilla is better using crystal light instead of water...and with crushed ice in a blender it's almost like a milkshake.  It satisfies hunger wise...and I take 4 a day.
