What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
I'm back at work this morning, so thought I'd start this thread. It's going to be dead at work today, so a good chance to get caught up on some things that I need to get done by the end of the week. I'm planning to go skating with my daughter tonight - it's the first time we'll be on the ice together!
Here's my plan for today:
B - 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/8 cup All Bran Buds, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp. protein powder, SF raspberry syrup.
S - 1/2 Pure Protein bar
L - 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, 3 pieces whole wheat melba toast
S - Babybell gouda cheese, later 1 Premier protein shake
D - 1/4 cup butter chicken (chicken thighs + PC Blue Menu sauce), 1/4 cup peppers, 1/4 cup onions,cooked up with some PC Blue Menu canola oil
S - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. protein powder, 1 pack splenda, cinnamon.
Totals - 961 calories, 58g carbs, 29g fat, 126g protein

Today, I'm going out shopping for a cabinet for my new 42" TV.....hopefully, I'll find exactly what I want....on SALE!! LOL Got some good advice (as usual!) from Tracey as to where to shop and, will get a "move on" after I drink my shake. I can hardly wait to watch TV in HD!! YAY!!
My scales have finally moved again....only by a pound, mind you but, "inching along" still works for me. I have 10 more days to go before I'm finished with the Lyrica...YIPPEE!

Thanks, Verity! My oldest daughter is 6. She's been taking lessons for awhile now, and I recently started skating again after not doing it for 10+ years. Hopefully it's something we can enjoy doing together.

Dreaded Aunt Flo came to visit me this morning so I am grumpy and feeling cruddy. Craving carbs like this crazy aunt likes to do to me but I will of course resist!
B - Premier Protein Shake and an English Breakfast Tea with 1 splenda, no milk.
L - 1/2 can low sodium white tuna, 1TBS light miracle whip with chopped dill pickle on Organic Girl Super Greens.
S - Boiled Egg
D - 2 ounces of basa fish filet (baked) with 2 button mushrooms and snap peas.
S - 1/2 of a Lemon Coconut Simply Bar
Good morning. Quiet at work here too. I'm taking Friday off, as I worked every non-stat holiday over the past two weeks!
Week One of my Promise to Pete (marathon training) has begun! Eek! Today I will run 8k.
B: Protein coffee, goat and iogo yogurt with Fibre One cereal
S: ryvita and crackers
L; leftover meatballs and bok choy
S: i'm sure crackers and cheese
D; leftover roast beef yum!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good morning. Back to work. Need to work out when to exercise again. Too easy to just say to hell with it and curl up with a book.

Bought new socks the other day. Every time I put an old pair on I check for holes. The ones I put on this morning did not have any when I left home but did when I took my boots off. I only have sandals here so my toe is sticking out. Must toss when I get home!
