Do you buy any type of fitness magazine???

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

Not really, but I may buy Wheat Belly since I have become gluten intolerant post surgery (I would not have believed it possible).

I've purchased a cookbook for Bariatric patients and will pick up the Weight Loss for Dummies latest edition when i can find it.   After speaking with the social worker,  a lot of the information in the six month post surgery Social Work class comes from here.

I've purchased 2 barriatric patient cook books and I've purchased a few fitness magazines ... but I mostly go online either here for the recipe section and info or theworldaccordingtoeggface.com

I bought the EATING WELL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY cookbook, which I love...

Plus have all my books from WW and am in love with www.skinnytaste.com

and of course whatever I find online!

I subscribe to quite a few facebook healthy eating and lifestyle groups.....Eat Clean, Gluten Free, etc. I buy Running magazine, Oxygen, and also Women's Health magazine.
