I'm going to Vancouver for training Feb 3-9 and am to start Opti-fast on the 5th----just curious should I put the opti-fast in my checked luggage (terrified that my luggage will get lost like it did last trip to Vancouver) or do u think I would be ok with putting it in my carry-on---???anyone else had to fly with opti fast??

Put in your carry-on luggage.  You do not want to be without your food during this trip and then be worried about surgery.

HI Nicole,

I work in the travel industry and you should be fine with it in your carryon as long as it is un-prepared....any prepped opti will have to be discarded before security.

Do not being any open packets of Opti or re-packaged packets.....only sealed originals.

Purchase water for mix on past security gates!

Have a great flight!

Carry- on. I wouldn't want to lose it. It's powder not liquid. I don't believe there are any regulations on taking sealed powder. If in doubt, check with customs or your airline. Good luck.
