Just wondering what happens at the " meet the surgeon " appointment at HRRH?

I went through HRRH, but I met my surgeon at his office off site.  He just explained the surgery, risks, benefits, and I got weighed.  The appt was about 15 minutes long.

Hope this helps! :)

He asked some health and medical questions. He explained the procedures available to me. He explained how the surgery would change how I eat and then offered me the opportunity to ask any questions.  Then he asked if it was still something I wanted to go through.

best of luck.

Thank-you, definitely helps........it's weird that I've been waiting for this for 18 months with a little apprehension, and I'm suddenly a nervous wreck just knowing that my file will be faxed from Kingston to HRRH tomorrow!!
