Problem with Splenda/sucralose

I have a real problem tolerating the taste of Splenda/sucralose; I am good with aspertime products though...
Any ideas on where I can get protein shakes and no sugar added puddings with aspertime??

Also, if I have leftover Opti, is it suitable to consume during the liquid diet?

Splenda and Surcrolose are both corn products... If you start to see problems with foods listing maltodextrin, or dextrin also it may be that common element.

I've not had luck finding them with aspartame... Try going to a GNC, etc. and asking the staff.

You may want to try ones with Stevia also... It is one I can use.

Good luck.

P.S. No.. Opti's not suppose to be for post-op as it is a meal replacement and that's a no no.

I didn't think it was good post op, either but Dr Sullivan himself told me to use it up post op! I didn't ask, he brought it up to me himself

Really? The book form HRRH says no meal replacements. Odd.

That said if she's got sucrolose issues now then it won't work as Opti has it.

Hi there,
My sucralose issues are due to taste only... I just can't stand it.
Opti however is sweetened with aspertame and I found it very tolerable.

Sorry my bad. It is maltodextrin in that one... The sucralose is only in the bars which are in the US not here.

It's been 3 years since I touched the stuff in any quanity.

Opti has aspartame unless they have changed it since I did it.

I was thinking of one of the US products... 3 years since I did it... I just know I can't have it. ;-)
