I do..
I use Greek yogurt and soy milk and sometimes fruit or davinci syrup.. For 500ml I use the following recipe:
2 heaping HONKING tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 level tablespoons of BB whey protein powder.
depending on the fruit I use 5-7 strawberries, or about 1/2 cup of a smaller fruit (blueberries, or raspberries) or 1/2 a banana** .
i will then top the blender with soy milk (amount depends on the fruit, or if I am using fruit or just davinci syrup)
** if I am using banana I will sometimes add chocolate davinci syrup and some s/f peanutbutter and it tastes like a peannt butter cup milkshake)

iPad is ******g me off this morning so please ignore the typos but you get the point.
I will split the 500ml into 2 servings one for me and one for my daughter... Or just take one to work for later.. I don't find they separate and go yucky like some protein shakes can

The nutritional info is for 100 grams of powder which is not an amount we would ever use at one time. It's 5.2 grams of protein per level tbsp. Most scoops in commercial protein powders are between 28 to 30 grams in weight not 100 grams.

my protein powders came with scoops, one scoop/serving is 25 grams which happens to measure to 1/4 cup in the three I own. I would guess as all three are different manufacturers and slightly different compounds that guessing at 1/4 cup or 25 grams for bulk barn product is close enough per serving.
For a smoothie I use 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1/4 cup fruit (prefer fresh but frozen is OK) of choice, blend until smooth.
I also use a scoop of chocolate or strawberry protein powders plus a half cup water and a half dozen ice cubes and blend until mister misty/slushie consistency. Its quite a tasty snack, the promasil protein powders dissolve very well for this use.
