Dropping fast on Optifast

Hi I started my Optifast on Friday morning and my start weight was 255, this morning Monday I am at 246, that is crazy for such a short period of time.

It's only day 4 but I am finding my energy is high and my mood is really good too. I am waking up easier in the morning. I had cut out Coffee two weeks earlier so had already gone through those withdrawls.

Optifast had the same effect. I did opti just short of 2weeks....started at 158.4...day before surgery got to 146 i think.. Today (2weeks out tomorrow) im at 236.2. So far im happy.

I make that same mistake almost every day - 'Oh, I'm down in the low 170s' - NOT - LOL!!

I guess it's wishful thinking!
