Happy early Birthday to me!!!!

My Birthday isn't until next week but I received a most unexpected and amazing gift today. Dr. Hagan's admin asst, Ella ( who is soooo lovely ) called to offer to bump my surgery date up to March 19th!!!! After discussing the logistics ( I still need to see Dr. Glazier get OPTI and PATTS ) she made another call, bumped someone from April 4 to March 19 ( congratulations to that person ) and gave me April 4th....almost 2 months early!!!! I start OPTO on March 21. This will officially be my last fat birthday, next year when I turn 45 I will ( fingers crossed ) be healthier than I've been in my adult life!! Needless to say, my emotions have been all over the place tonight and I'm now enjoying a glass of red wine to try to bring myself down a few notches.
So happy that my new friend Arlio will be my surgery twin....now just hoping we end up room mates as well.
WOW!!

Yay for you. I saw both you ladies when I was there to meet Dr. Hagen though I didn't speak to you. I am so happy for you. I am meeting the SW, RN, and NUT next week as well as a scope with Dr. Hagen the same day. I plan on asking him if I can book my surgery date while I'm there. How exciting for you. Congrats.
