when the scale doesn't do what you want it to.

I read this.....

patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.

if it really ****** you off just put it in your drive way and run over it with your car a few times...  problem solved!

I've thought about throwing it out of the bathroom window a few times but at 9 months out I am a little less obsessed with the scale as I know the weight loss has slowed down greatly for me but I have my moments where I find I am getting scale crazy, so now I try to only weigh myself once a month. I am trying to be more focused on a more active life style, being more mindful of when, how and what I eat and how I feel but I will remember your advice the next time the scale gets on my bad side lol
