Muscle Milk at Costco
I don't know if anyone has seen this Muscle Milk at costco before but I was there on the weekend and was THRILLED to see it. My friend had WLS in Ohio about 7 months ago and she swore by this stuff but I knew we didnt have it here at the time, or at least I didn't see it. I have tried the premier ready made shakes and they to me were disgusting but this Muscle Milk is MORE then BAREABLE
100 calories
15 grams protein
0 grams of sugar
244 ml
I bought a box brought it home and chilled it really well..and it was PERFECT
$27 for 24 little cartons
Taking Back MY Life
I bought it at Great Canadian Superstore (Loblaws) for only $17 a case. Not sure if that was the regular price. It's also available at Walmart in smaller quantities.

Some centers say no to muscle milk. You may want to run it by your nutritionist. SSome say too many carbs for the amount of protein.

I have to agree with Diminishing Dawn.....please check with your centre.....remember WLS patients in the USa are quite different from Canada and may not have the same rules in place..
I have seen Muscle Milk several times....but carbs are way high for only 15g of protein....premier was cheaper and had double the protein.
Just a thought
