Thought I'd share this recipe for pancakes...I had one today and it was pretty good....a little more dense then the light fluffy full of carbs kind we are use to but still it did the trick

1/2 a banana
1 scoop of protein powder (I used vanilla flavour)
1 egg

Mix it up in a little blender or magic bullet and I cooked it in the frying pan with some Pam non stick spray and topped it off with sugar free maple syrup

Oh I also added a bit of cinnamon to mine

Tried them! Not bad! But wondering if you could use a couple tbsp of pumpkin purée and pie spices? I find the banana a bit overpowering. Just a thought? Might have to add tbsp of milk to mixture??

I agree about the banana flavour but I like banana :) I don't like pumpkin (well at least I didn't prior to surgery but my tastes have changed since then)

I didn't know you could get SF maple syrup...at the grocery store or a low carb grocer type place?

Monica, you can buy E.D. Smith No sugar added syrup in most grocery stores. It is pretty good.
