So decided to see if I'm lactose now and to my surprise I'm actually about to drink a lot more milk then anything else, weird , can't drink too much sf juice or water but milk is going right down????

I drank a glass of milk today for the first time since my surgery & I don't think it agreed with me :(

I will try again another day to be sure, but it isn't looking good :(

I drink 1 glass of skim milk every morning.

Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW  - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th  Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG

Milk still loves me! It's so exciting isn't it?

I'm not there yet but I'm closer then I was yesterday!

I am surpised that you can drink milk..at 4 years post-op...I can manage about 1/2 cup in one sitting...that's the max~!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
