I have tried to change info on ticker, surgery dates etc many x's and have had no luck
Grrrr getting frustrated. I have tried everything and I still have a second ticker and wrong dates for surgery. Help!!!!

not sure if this will help but try this.... go to my account, settings, then message board and make changes and save them
Yeah, I was not making the changes through the message board......... I guess that is the key....
