So I know when I've drank a regular juice I get gut rot but noticed that sugar free juice seams to do the same for me, sucks cuz I'm still finding water hard to drink but think ill need to cut out the Splenda drinks to, anyone else experience this?
What are you guys drinking?

Sorry, but Try not to "drink" your calories. Better to "eat" them.

I drink water. Really still the best thing.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

I love to drink ho****er or you could try to add a few drops of peppermint extract to either hot or cold water. My latest thing is to cut two fresh strawberries put into 1 l mason jar fill the jar with ice then add water I also like herb teas. I'm not a juice fan any more its hard to drink knowing the amount of sugar it has in it,   Some pop has less sugar than juice

 Respectfully Jane

I do the same as Jane, but with lemons, but strawberries added sounds lovely. I also find that regular water tastes funny now......I drank a lake a day before surgery.

Jessica, have you tried Mio?? I like it a lot better than Crystal Light

I love juice.......was completely craving it the other day......bought Blue Menu, calorie reduced, Ruby Red Grapefruit juice....only 60 calories a serving..........thought I was doing all the right things........totall "dumped" an hour after drinking it........was horrible.

I think juice is just a no no at this point lol

Cheers,

Andrea

I've too have had trouble drinking anything sugar free and diet, as I've tried nearly anything I can to drink and nothing works.. I've been drinking apple juice diluted with water because that's the only thing I've been able to drink and in all honesty I'm getting tired of it and am on a mission to find something else to drink..
