Ok ladies i am sorry if this is a bit weird but I have to know lol So Dr. Glazier took me off my birth control on thursday and I was on this brand called seasonale where you only got your monthly friend every three months so I am wondering if I get it and have it for the day i go for surgery will it affect anything????

No it doesn't affect anything besides being kind of annoying! I got mine the night after surgery while in the hospital but my roomie had hers during and they gave her a pad with kind of mesh underwear.

Apparently it's very common. Both myself and the other person being prepped for GB were in the same situation. Just mention it to your prep. nurse.

Got mine as soon as I got out of surgery. I got the lovely mesh underwear and huge pads. It was so lovely having to pee into a bowl and save it for the nurses so they could measure my output. Yep, definitely lost any dignity I had left lol.
