Yup.  This is what I have as well.  I suspect I have had it for a very long time, but the weight issue was the biggest catalyst.  It culminated with a major panic attack which felt like a heart attack and had me taken to the ER by ambulance.  It took me a very long time to believe that it was stress/anxiety related, and not symptom of heart disease.  I went back to my doctor countless times, sure it was heart disease, but once I accepted it as anxiety, I was able to deal with it.  Now I know, when I have those palpitations, it is stress/anxiety related, and I can acknowledge it and work through it before it turns into a full blown attack.  But it was a long process to get to this point.
