that would be the one, i love water slides, and i will be able to climb back up this time. I havent been to one in like 5 yrs. My hubby is not a water fan but my son would love it.

We have had season passes since it opened almost 3 years ago.
It's an awesome ark with loads of attractions for people of all ages and sizes. We already ave our season passes for this year.

Arlene....you should aim for 800-1000  (maxing out a lil later on around 1200 {{this was as per the dietician at TWH yesterday - but everyones different but good rule of thumb she said for now 800-1000}})

The average being between 600-800....but with us being 6 weeks post op we should average 800-1000...

I usually try to get in 800-900...you will need the increase for the energy and try to get your protein from foods rather than the shakes....I still use shakes but really aim for a high protein intake of MIN 60g - 80g+  80 being the preferred number to reach.

LOL , I am usually getting close to 700 cals. I aim for all the protein I can get, and have shakes if I dont make 60. I try for atleast 70. I get really full from shakes though and they take a long time for me to sip. And 3 oz of meat is the max I can eat, but I eat like 4 times a days. Sometimes 5. Hey its a learning experience for sure. And hey we are only 5 weeks out, dont rush me..... LOL. Or I will come down there and harass you !!!!
