1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (or skim milk), 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen or fresh fruit of your choice (my fav is raspberries or watermelon), 1 scoop promasil vanilla soft serve protein powder, blend and enjoy!
