What are you eating/doing today (Sunday)

RNY, 7.5 Months Post-Op

I haven't seen anyone start this yet, but if I've missed it I'll come back and delete this!

Today's a crazy busy day - just got back from my youngest's soccer photo session.  Next is taking my oldest to a birthday party (going to go to hot yoga while she's there).  Then I'll drop her off with my parents who are taking her to her second dance recital this afternoon.  Then we're taking my youngest to a birthday party.  Things will actually be calmer back at work tomorrow!

Here's my eating plan for the day:

B - 1 tbsp. Skinny girl cereal, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup blackberries

S - 1 pure protein bar

L - 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, 3 pieces whole wheat melba toast, 1 cup spinach salad (with tomatoes and balsalmic vinagrette), 1 peach.

S - Premier Protein drink, 1 gouda cheese portion pack

D - 150g chicken breast, cooked up with 1/3 cup shredded cheese and served with 2 tbsp. salsa. 

S - SF pudding with 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 4 jello SF cups

Totals - 1,180 calories, 77g carbs, 43g fat, 125g protein
