Getting before pics done in Guelph.
Tomorrow a friend and I are getting some before pictures done!! I am so excited!! She and I are about 3 weeks apart for surgery dates. I have found a great photographer in Guelph that doesn't charge an arm and a leg!! I am so glad that I am doing this!!! If it wasn't for the fact that I hate having my pic taken...hahaha. I am just going to suck it up so I can look back at them. I am hoping to have her take my one year post op pics too.

I'm doing the same thing too! I found an awesome photographer and the plan is to take a pic each month until goal. Then she is going to do her comp magic and morph them all into one long picture that I can have to frame and look at for inspiration to continue for life.

Starting process for OHIP funded panniculectomy...

Good for you, this takes a lot of courage! I'm so happy to hear you are doing this. I often wish l had a few more before pictures
but l hated myself so much l couldn't bear to look at pictures with me in them. Unfortunately I missed out on getting a nice picture of me and my Mom before she passed away in the process, it makes me sad when l think back on it, but at the time it just seemed like something l just couldn't do.

KUDOS..most of us wouldn't have done that prior to surgery...also..keep your largest top and your largest pair of pants to keep inside your closet...you will be amazed a year from now~!
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
