The inches lost from your waist I'm sure is REALLY noticeable. I can appreciate the inches lost from your neck. I'm looking forward to the day that a short necklace isn't a choker! LOL

The inches are definitely noticeable. I can see some shape emerging. I'm wearing belts again. And I'm fitting into a nice choice of clothes from my own closet, since I never got rid of my 'skinnier clothes'. Some of my t's and tanks are hanging off me, but it's fine for at home..
It's a fun, rewarding journey so far
