Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs

I don't know about the OP (original poster), but in my case, I was scheduled earlier for surgery and ended up with a week's worth of extra OptiFast.

Some folks don't manage to get all four in a day (not a good thing, but sometimes these things happen), and end up with extra that way.

Not a dumb question at all. :)
