2 months to go

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! 2 months today I will be sitting on the bench. 1 month from today I start opti. This has been a long couple of months and to be able to say I can see that light at the end of the tunnel is extremely reassuring. In the last two months I have torn a tendon in my left knee (didn't do anything to do this), torn ligaments in my right foot, just walking across the floor, struck with the flu and to top things off, I was bitten by a spider, in my right calf and now have cellulitis. I have had one week of oral antibiotics, which did not do the trick. I've been on an IV antibiotic and another oral antibiotic for over a week. I should have this removed tomorrow and will most likely be on an oral antibiotic for the next couple of weeks. OMG, September 17 cannot come soon enough!

Sorry you've been having a tough time!  Cellulitis is not pleasant.  My dad's had it...and was very ill.  He still has recurring problems in that leg...but he also is carrying around a lot of extra weight!

Anyway, light af the end of the tunnel -- yes!  Congrats.  You will do awesome!
