York Region/GTA OH Support Group July Meeting - Sunday July 21- 2:30 pm

Hello everyone,

The next York Region/GTA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 21 at 2:30. The meeting will be held in the Craft Room of the Langstaff Community Centre at 155 Red Maple Road, Richmond Hill, L4B 4P9. The building is located behind an Elementary School. You may want to park in the rear, near the Community Centre entrance.

This month's discussion topic is "Tips to Avoid Weight Regain" with Andrea Dault.   Andrea is over 5 yrs out, a wealth of knowledge and true success story.       Looking forward to learning some new tips!

There will be a $5 fee to cover the room rental cost. As always support people are welcomed at no cost. We will also have our optional 50/50 draw & our clothing exchange. Please bring any extra clothes you may have & take home some new-to-you clothes at the same time.

Don't forget to add your dose of support to your weight loss plan. Please make the effort to come out. You'll meet great people & get your questions answered at the same time.
