If you mix the vanilla with diet orange you get creamsicle. However you must do this in a blender.

Or a shaker bottle will explode all over everything in a 20 foot cone in front of you.

This spray will coat the two small children in front of you completely with powder and sticky pop. I really should have taken a picture as it was something out of a movie.

Lets see what I can get up to on day two of Opti.

Oh.. todays shakes were plain vanilla, plain chocolate, orange creamsicle and chocolate mint. All were ok.

If on the 6 month Opti program where you do 12 weeks of Opti and take weekly classes you are allowed diet pop. Is this the program you are doing?

No, I was on opti for three weeks prior to surgery. I have never heard of pop on an opti diet, interesting. Your poor kids lol what a mess!! Yiks!

Yes the TWH program allows you diet pop for this time period on Opti. Of course no pop after surgery.

I tried cinnamon extract for a different flavour and peppermint extract with chocolate. Not bad

LOL! I'm sure the kids were thinking "Oh SURE! Mom gets to make the mess and not get into any trouble!" Heheheheheee!

I'm starting to think new Opti concoctions should be made in the back yard where you can just hose everything (or everyone) down if need be....

I think OH needs to have a 'Like' button, like Facebook does, for super posts! There are so many great posts, on this site!!

I start Opt in a couple weeks and I'll be on for 4 weeks. I've purchased a bunch of SF syrups and hope to get through it without strangling anyone. I'm not married, nor do I have a BF. My kids are all grown and married and live 45 minutes from me, and the dog can run faster than me, so hopefully we we get through this without anyone getting hurt!
