Where do I go? Right to the hospital or to the building beside Humber?

depends if you have your pre-op papers. If you have the papers you can go directly to HRRH - if not you need to go and pick them up at Humber clinic building next door.

Yup, PATTS is in the main hospital on the main floor - go through the main doors and hang a left.  You'll see the PATTS sign/door on the left hand side of the hall.  If you reach the bathroom, you've gone too far! lol

Bring a book or something to do.  My appointment was for 1:00 p.m. and I got out of there at 5:00 p.m.  :)  During that time I had blood work, chest x-ray, ekg and met with the nurse and anaethetist.  Lots of time waiting in between.

Good luck.

Hi There!

I am new to this forum.  I just wanted to say that you are a real inspiration to me.  You have lost a ton of weight in such a short time!  Good for you, you are amazing!  I hope I do as well as you did!  Who was your surgeon?

Awww thank you.  I had gastric sleeve done on Jan 7, 2010 and converted to bypass on July 9, 2013 at Humber.  Dr. Hagen was my bypass surgeon and he is awesome.  Have had no problems.  I have my three month post bypass appointment at Humber tomorrow morning.  Good luck to you.
