I just came across this very informative booklet produced by the University Health Network in Toronto about "Eating for Health after Gastric Bypass Surgery"

Good booklet, I am not sure I agree with everything written, such as the comment that carbonated drinks may stretch your pouch, but there are some good tips. I really wish our centres would get together and have a document that didn't contradict, like HRRH directs patients one way, TWH another. But, that's just the way it is. angry

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs
