In approximately 65hrs 40 minutes I will be fast asleep getting my guts tickled. (Well kind of) Waking up to my new life. My face hurts from smiling so much

Honestly I didn't find it the worst but have (over the years) tried worse diet options! Lol I think it was easy because of the reason and how I want to succeed !

I'm very ready to be done with it...I have found I don't hate the vanilla with coffee and cinnamon though. So that's a bonus.
I've lost 10lbs on opti so far and still losing. Start weight into the program was around 270 and altogether over the past year I'm down to 240.

Good for you!! I'm down from 272 (march 2013) to 254( as of this morning) with 9 of that being from opti so it looks like we are pretty close in numbers!! That makes me feel better. I was worried - my friend lost 25lbs on opti so it scared me that my number was so low!
I like the chocolate opti with decaf but most of the time I just drying them as is with lots of ice.
Good luck on Tuesday ill be thinking of you "surgery twin" - keep me posted so we can compare journeys!
