For patients weighing 200 to 250 lbs.
10 lbs. in first 10 days
15 to 25 lbs. in 6 weeks
25 to 35 lbs. in 3 months
35 to 45 lbs. in 6 months
60 lbs. or more in 1 year
70 lbs. or more in 18 months

For patients weighing 250 to 300 lbs.
10 to 12 lbs. in first 10 days
15 to 25 lbs. in 6 weeks
25 to 35 lbs. in 3 months
45 to 60 lbs. in 6 months
80 lbs. or more in 1 year
90 lbs. or more in 18 month

For patients weighing 300 to 400 lbs.
10 to 30 lbs. in first 10 days
25 to 45 lbs. in 6 weeks
35 to 55 lbs. in 3 months
50 to 80 lbs. in 6 months
100 lbs. or more in 1 year
120 lbs. or more in 18 month

For patients weighing 400 to 500 lbs.
10 to 30 lbs. in first 10 days
25 to 45 lbs. in 6 weeks
35 to 60 lbs. in 3 months
50 to 90 lbs. in 6 months
120 lbs. or more in 1 year
150 lbs. or more in 18 months

My confusion is
10 to 30 lb in first 10 day
Then says
25 to 45lbs in 6 weeks

Is that 25 to 45 lbs additional to the 10 to 30 lbs from first 10 days

Basically I'm trying to have some kind goal for March 2014

I just found out I have an event to go to beginning of March, and there will be ppl there that I would to make look twice and wonder. Lol.

I start opti Nov 5, surgery dec 3rd and March 2 my first public event.

I know it may seem petty, but damn. I can't weight to look at one certain person and smile and let her wonder.

No it's not in addition, it's the total to be expected by that time.

This is from myweb page

so I am very familiar with it.

The first week or so we lose our glycogen store so we often lost quite a bit as we lose our glycogen stores.

Glycogen stores are our quick energy stores (primarily from carbs) also known as "water weight".  We lose that initially so it's usually a big drop.  Thats why the first number is so large

It is your total weight that you should be losing but dont always stick with this just remember everyone loses at different rates. Don't get hung up on numbers because if it doesn't happen at first you will be disappointed and frustrated. As long as you stick to plan and do what you are suppose to do the weight will come off either slowly or fast.

keep in mind that everybody is different. Try not to set those goals. Try to set goals "within the program". (as in enough protein - take your vits and minerals - "move" etc...)

Also guys and girls will loose also a bit differently

It is a great chart - but everybody will loose weight at their own pace and what their body does.

Go for health!

I lost 100 pounds after 8,5 months and reached my goal after 10 months. (started at 238).

When you focus too much on the numbers - you can get discouraged and confused.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Thanks guys.

Im not gonna focus too much on numbers,

but with thats said I plan on taking every advantage of the honeymoon period.

This is a total package for me, gonna be aiming for macro goals, exercise goal.

I am doing this!!

Thanks for the encouragement.
