Is today, CIBC run for the cure, not sure how much running I will be doing but walking is OK. This time last year I could not have even gotten off the couch to go watch let alone participate!

Can someone please make the rain stop?

Al the best for your first 5k! You will do fabulous, walk or run you should be very proud of all you have accomplished in such a short period of time.

So proud of you!! I am pre op and the thought of running or walking longer than the couch to the kitchen exhausts me! LOL LOL

We did it in about 45 mins, managed to run at least half of the time. There were 2 of us from this board, Kim_emma29 did it with me. We are already planning for next year to run the whole time!
