The race isn't given to the swift nor the strong, but it's given to the ones who endure it to the end...
Take it one day at a time, enjoy the Opti phase it gets better every day and easier also. You feel pretty satisfied. I understand all the other stuff that rushes through your head just before and during this time up until surgery day. Just remember why you are doing this, you will be successful because you want to be. I am just one month post-op and I can tell you I am so happy I did this, I just know its going to be life changing. The weight is already noticeable and I couldn't be happier. Follow everything you are told to do and you can't go wrong. You will do just great!

Are you going to be at Humber? I have surgery on Oct 22 =) Today was day 7 of Opti for me. It does get easier....first 2 days are hell but if you are through humber...just eat celery or cucumbers in between shakes (max 2 cups total). It helps for the first couple of days at least =)
I am starting to freak out too...just don't think about it, lol. Sing or something, lol
