6 months post and hunger is growing
This is somewhat normal. Some never have hunger, many do.
It is documented that with rny the sugar response is very low the initial months have surgery. At around the 6 month mark it becomes 20x stronger for most people. Carbs especially simple carbs will have a stronger affect on you. They can often bring blood sugars up and then drop them low. Lows equal hunger.
So if carbs are starting to creep in, start knocking them down. See my post to the person struggling yesterday about the formula for eating.
Our digestive tracts are shortened. Food generally empties out in a half an hour I hour. You need to load up on water between meals as much as possible.
Distinguish between hunger and a craving too.
And remember too - hunger is not an emergency.
