A short while back someone had posted a cool chart with the rough averages of expected weight loss, I tried doing a search but can't find it. I think it also went by your BMI.
Anyone?

I am just wondering how realistic these charts have been for people. I feel like I am working my butt off and not getting the results I want quick enough. I also keep reading how people a few years out have to eat even less and workout more so they don't gain weight. I guess I am nervous that I will fail and never reach goal.

I am not sure... I am on track with the chart above but not doing so well with the BMI chart one.
