PATTS?

Can anyone tell me what PATTS is?    Thanks.  :)

 

it's the pre admission testing before surgery. Some hospitals have different names but it's commonly referred here as

Pre Admissions Testing & Teaching Seminar

 

TWH just calls it PreOp appointment

When I went yesterday I had to have blood work done (again), chest x-ray, ECG I also had a meeting with a nurse to go over meds and medical history as well as the anesthesiologist. It was very repetitive.
