London support group question...

just wondering about the london support group, do I have to call in advance or can i just show up? At my last appointment I was told I should visit a meeting and I've been wanting to, just wondering if I should call in advance or not.

You don't need to call in advance. They should be good, if you want to call and make sure that it is still you can but I don't think it is something that you need to call about. There most likely will always be there to run the group.
