I'm right there with you all and no sleeping. I tried the Melatonin sublingual....chalky and did nothing. Guess the drops are next. I too, am a makeup less zombie!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Hi Gaby

the pills did nothing for me.....you have to take the drops for a week to re-set your circadian rythme....or something like that...lol..

Good morning Barb glad the drops worked. Finished the living room painting so putting the room back together today. Even with 2 walks yesterday I did not do 10, 000 steps. Only 7399. All the painting wore me out. Up and down the stool. Today is working on the dining room and kitchen. I should not admit this but years ago when we bought a new  oven I insisted I wanted a self clean oven. My husband didn't want to go for the price. He said he would clean it. Well I think he has done it twice when I insisted it was a fire hazard. So today is the day. I have a plate rail in the dinning room and need to clean all the plates on it. So another busy day. Our dog hates the rain so have to get him out if it stops raining

I don't like the rain :(

I should be out walking more than I am during the week but I am being lazy. So.. plan of attack is starting on Saturday to get up earlier than usual and plan a morning wal****il it gets too cold. I am taking out my dining room table in my apt and putting in a treadmill, I mean I don't use the table anyway so having a workout space will be better :)

I am going to CLEAN out my closet for the clothing exchange coming up on the 9th. I have SOOO much stuff to get rid of and will launder it all before I pack up the suitcases and garbage bags. I really need pants, another pair nearly fell off today coming down the GO Train station steps. For those who are 28 or who will be moving down to 28 or so have I got lots for you.

L- homemade beef taco meat, FF sour cream, pinch of cheese, chopped cherry tomatos, little cilantro = sanity again, and no shell :)

Good morning everyone!  Barb, I'm glad you had a good sleep last night.

I was sad to see the rain this morning as I was hoping to go for a morning run.  So I did 40 minutes on our recumbent bike instead.  Will try to do a yoga video later tonight if there's time (will be busy walking the kids around the neighbourhood!).

Here's my eating plan for the day:

B - 1 slice P28 bread with PB and 1/2 banana, 1/2 protein bar

S - Other 1/2 Protein bar, pepperette/cheese

L - Cesar salad with chicken, SF pudding with PB

S - Hummus with Carrots and 5 Falafel Chips (these are so tasty)

D - Turkey roll-ups and cottage cheese w/cinnamon

S - SF Jello

Totals - 1441 calories, 105g carbs, 61g fat, 123g protein
