So it's been a rough few weeks. I hit a stall and was getting totally frustrated. Thursday, I emailed the dietician at TEGH and gave her a snapshot, from MyFitnessPal, of what I was eating. She reassured me I was doing everything right and to not sweat the stall. Sunday, I spent the day with an old friend. We went for lunch and she was stunned that I could only eat 3 of Montana's Rib Tips. They were delicious, but I was full. We then spent the day shopping. I needed to find a dress for our Christmas party. A year ago, at my brother's wedding, I was a size 26. I bought a dress, Sunday, size 14!!!! OMG, I'm still doing the size 14 happy dance!!! Monday morning, the scale finally gave up the stall and I've been going down, each day! Oh yeah...and I have had 6 days, in a row, of having a BM! We take things, like using the washroom, for granted. Then when you can't, and it happens, it is a wonderfully, amazing day! Oh yeah..did I mention...SIZE FOURFREAKINGTEEN!!!!! OMG...OMG...OMG!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful news! How great you will feel on your night out at your Christmas party. I can't wait to have that same feeling. Too many years of hiding in the corner because I was uncomfortable stuffed in spandex undergarments and wearing an ugly dress...you go girl!
