My 1 year surgaversary

Today is my 1 yr anniversary! What a wonderful journey it has been. I can't believe the changes that have occurred in the last year. It's so nice no longer being on the side lines. I really feel like I have my life back. I still would like to lose another 30 pounds but the weight is no longer coming off as fast as it use too! For those of you just beginning your journey make sure you eat all your protein and watch those sliders (empty calories) and make sure you exercise! Cause the weight loss really slows down after 1 year! Here is my picture before surgery and at 11 months. As of today I have lost 162 pounds. I love my Sleeve. I also posted a before & after pic on my profile.
