How do i show RNY & date beside my name

Have tried,but can't figure it out, looks like i have 2 gidgets & widgets also, how do i fix this???  Thanks

I am not the best at this but...

Under the "MY OH" tab click on the "MEDICAL HISTORY" tab

Under the "SURGERIES" tab click on the "BARIATRIC SURGERY" tab

Their is a tiny wrench symbol to the right for editing... I am unsure about privacy setting... I am an open book and have left my stuff public.

For the widgets...

I had the same problem... I went to my profile and clicked on "Customize Profile" under my name

I then clicked the "MESSAGE BOARD" tab

You should see the "signature" box... I just clicked on the widget I wanted to delete and hit my delete button

make sure you hit "save" at the bottom
