So I saw Dr H today for my one month check up. He was so happy with my results, and he supports my thoughts about needing more time off. He extended my time to the beginning of Feb.

He feels that I am on the road to be successful to lose 200lbs. Says he believes he won't recognize me when I come back in April.

I feel so relieved that I have the rest of the month to work on building my stamina, energy levels. Grateful I have a doctor that listens and supports, have a job that has the benefits that I can take this time and get right.

Isn't he wonderful! I was to see him today as well but canceled so I didn't have to drive the 400 with all this snow. So glad to hear you have this little extra time.
