A small NSV that feels huge

I was taking pictures of my niece last night and normally to get close to her level I just bend or crouch down. But I decided to sit on the floor instead, since I know I can get up a little easier now. While I was sitting, someone walked behind me and to get out of their way I automatically pulled my legs in to sit cross-legged. WHAT!! I haven't been able to sit like that in years! My legs were too big to pull in that far! And now I can do it with ease. Hurray!

That is a huge victory!!  It is one of my personal goals to be able to sit on the floor to play with my kids, to be able to sit crossed legged would be icing on the cake!   You are doing awesome, so inspirational!!

Yay you!!! That's amazing! I love little moments like that! i noticed i have been crossing my legs a lot recently, because I can! It seemed like forever that I couldn't get my leg to stay on top, or I would have to lift it up with my arms because it was too much of an effort for me to do. Crazy!! It's good to remind ourselves of those struggles so we don't take our thinner, healthier bodies for granted! Keep up the awesome work!!
