thats all I used, just pure cocoa power. I tried a few syrups but found I really loved the cocoa. It tasted like a Wendys frosty.

There are a lot here http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/ontario_recipes/discussion/ . You will have to ask to be included but that is not a problem.

I'm just embarking on my third week of Opti. My routine is as follows:

1st morning shake: vanilla with SF caramel syrup. (Kinda tastes like a decadent coffee flavour. I don't drink "coffee" but the English Toffee or French Vanilla flavoured coffees are yummy so the caramel is a good choice for my mornings.)

2nd shake: vanilla with coconut extract. This was sinful while on holiday in Florida. Almost tasted like a pina colada or some delicious coconutty thing that I sipped by the pool in the warm sun!

3rd shake at supper: vanilla with SF raspberry syrup. Fruity and light.

4th shake before bed: chocolate. With nothing. Love the chocolate flavour. If I were to try anything in it, I might try the orange extract. (I wonder would it be reminiscent of a Terry's chocolate orange!?) I'm told you can put cocoa in the vanilla to make a chocolate shake.

After two weeks, I'm down 18 lbs, as I found at my PATTS this morning. Surgery one week from today.

Funny that our recipes are almost the exact same. I had to force myself to have the 4th shake today.. wasn't hungry at all for the 4th one. I am hoping to loose 30 before surgery.. started at 355.9 down to 342.7. Should be able to pull it off in 17 more days... been losing an average of 1.5 per day
