How come u don't start your opti till tomorrow when your surgery is before mine?
I am on 2 weeks of Opti. I thought everyone was on at least 2 weeks of Opti.

I do my Opti with about 6 or 7 ice cubes, and LOTS more water than recommended. It says 300 ml, but I think I'm closer to 600 or so. I hate it when it's too thick! It does taste like chalk that way. I figure I'm getting more water in this way too.
However you do it, good luck with your Opti. I've been doing it for two and a half weeks now; only four more days of Opti til surgery on Monday!

I just had the chocolate one for lunch. It is actually not too bad. I didn't even add ice. I also savoured the 1/2 cup beef broth.

Just a half cup of broth? I use a big take out cup. Holds 2 cups of water. I am loving the broth!!

We are only allowed a half a cup of broth 2 times a day. Different centers have different rules.
