Breast lift?

Ever since I lost all of this weight, naturally my DDD/E boobs have taken a fall south (I'm 29). They are now a DD but when I exercise my back is in so much pain (2 sports bras) and I get this blisters underneath.

Does anyone know if I can get a reduction/lift covered by OHIP and is it dependent on my goal weight? (About 40lbs away)

Thanks!

If there is a medical reason, you can apply for a breast reduction (they don't cover lifts at all).  Weight loss is not a factor on wether or not you are approved.  Not all plastic surgeons are willing to go through the OHIP process, so you will need to find one that is willing to.
