70lbs in 3mth
Holy **** balls.. 70lbs in 3 mths. Well technically 4 mths cause I lost 18 on opti.
but heck, both are awesome and I still have a long way to go. But I'm a hell of a lot closed to my goal then 4 mths ago.!!
I'm not on here much anymore cause I'm just really trying to live. Get out, do stuff, try new things. Just trying to soak up and enjoy my re found mobility and freedom from weight.
There re has been days I cursed this choice cause of pain or other minor complications. But that passes within a day and I'm thankful for this experience and chance to live again.
Can't wait to see what's next

Wow that's cool, things are rolling for you. I had info session Aug 2013, met RD, SW, RN and Dr. Klein surgeon all on Sept 2013 same day. Dr. Glazier two wks later, sleep study 2 days later, F/U Dr. Glazier Oct then Dr. Klein on Dec 15 2013 and was booked for surgery Apr 9th 2014. So I am having surgery 1 month today..Opti starts on the 26th of March..but before all this I have to have some oral surgery done tomorrow the 10th of Mar. I had a tooth pulled in Nov and have had nothing but pain since then, the roots didn't come out, so tomorrow morning I know is NOT going to be fun....

Congrats! I wondered what happened to you. I always enjoyed your posts. You helped to settle my nerves since my surgery was 6 weeks later with the same incredible surgeon
