This has been a long process and the end is finally near.... I am going for my surgery on May 21st in Ottawa with Dr. Mazzama.

fantastic news, Im still waiting for my surgery date with Dr mamazza, how long did it take you from meeting him to getting your date?

I met him on Jan 9th and Lanna called me Tuesday with a date of May 21st.

oh wow, it takes a long time. I met him on March 3 so I am guessing maybe I will get a date in July if I am lucky ?

Congratulations on getting your surgery date that is very exciting. Thanks so much for sharing, it gives me a little glimmer of hope that my surgery may be coming sooner than later. I met with Dr Neville January 28th.

I met with Dr. Mazzama Jan 9 2014.my sx date is April 23. I called a few times to get a date. Apparently March had some days cancelled and there aren't sx during the March break so that's why sx seem to be booked later. I start optifast April 2. Not too far away now!
